I have just found the problem: copying into deluge folder I used me as user, so deluge hadn't rights to write into files. Changing ownership on deluge user solved the problem

I had a torrent, downloaded before from another instance on another server. I copied file into deluge download folder and run "recheck". It shows completed on 99.93% and after starting it doesn't do anything with the last 0.07%, it's frozen on this number. I tried to remove one small file,...
