I can't get either mrhertz or ratanakvlun to work with 2.1.1 with lt 2.0.7.0 for docker/windows thin client.

No settings will apply no matter what. They get written to ltconfig.conf, but don't get applied as they usually did.

GTK themes are pretty much universal. You can therefore download any GTK 3 theme, and try it out for Deluge. Just needs the folder structure mhertz mentioned, and the name in settings.ini. Put the folder in themes, add foldername to settings.ini. Restart/launch Deluge, see if it's good. If not find ...

It's fine to use. But you need the client version to match the server version. Otherwise they won't connect.

Windows 2.x versions are.. Yeah.. Still a ways away from optimal and fully supported by plugins.
