It's most likely ~/.config/deluge. If not, you can find out by looking at the process list and seeing where deluge is running from.Keven wrote:do you know where the deluge profile folders are because i google it and got no result and also look with the CLI in the jail's folder and couldn't find it

The RSS plugin requires one of the thick clients.
Same with the autoremove plugin.
edit to add, the autoremove plugins also does not support Deluge 2.x, so that's another issue.

Re: No version of Deluge that works on all modern OSes
I agree ashmandias got a pretty direct way to say things, which personally I appreciate such, but to each his own of-course, and you got a point with the distro, which I thought also by mistake honestly, but I'm absolutely sure I can speak for the both of us when saying that you're way off with tha...

Re: No version of Deluge that works on all modern OSes
Wow friend, you were so preoccupied with trying to ridicule me you forgot to check if you knew what you were talking about! If KDE Neon isn't a distro, you should tell the poor folks working on it, they must be a terribly confused bunch of people. Take a look here: https://distrowatch.com/table.php...

Re: No version of Deluge that works on all modern OSes
Sorry, just wanted to state that you're right of-course, and just wanted to clarify that I would have asked if I could help, if had anything to offer the dev team(or made a PR), but i'm not clever enough for that unfortunetly. I had looked at the main issue hindering the missing windows installers(...

Re: No version of Deluge that works on all modern OSes
It seems the problem is that they are arguing that being asked to install software before using it means the software doesn't work at all..gderf wrote:You don't need to run the GUI app in docker. I don't. Install a copy of Deluge-gtk, or just use the WebUI from any browser.

Re: No version of Deluge that works on all modern OSes
No, sorry, I have enough workload with the other projects I'm involved in and it isn't something I have any experience or interest in. You refusing to install 2 does not mean 2 does not work. You not liking 1.3 does not mean 1.3 does not work. You said there is no version of Deluge that works on al...

Re: No version of Deluge that works on all modern OSes
Deluge 2 works on Windows/OSX -- there is just no pre built package provided by the Debian project --which I believe is because no Windows/OSX user has stepped up and offered to take on that work load. Are you interested in helping out? As for the catcha I agree it could be better, and easier for th...

Re: Deluge keeps giving problems no matter how hard I try
you need to edit the auth file for *BOTH* users. The client is trying to use the auth info in it's file to auth to the server. It does not match.

Re: Deluge keeps giving problems no matter how hard I try
problem 1: have you updated the passwords in ~/.config/deluge/ yet? The fact that it works when using the deluge user but not your normal user confirms it is a config issue, that is different between the two users.
problem 2: have you set locale yet?
