If by "simple" you mean "official" then the answer is no. If by "simple" you mean easy to download and use then the answer is yes. Just read about the Unofficial Installers in this forum.

dev50 is working fine for me. Have not tested it in portable mode but normal is fine. Win10 64bit.

I just noticed that the build by @petersasi dated Feb 8, 2021, of Deluge 2.0.4 dev46 has been taken down. This is the version that I reported as failing above. It was located at the URL in the first post of this thread.

I just downloaded and installed mhertz's Deluge-2.0.4.dev46 build. It worked. I have not tested much yet but it opened fine. I note that its size is 51,824KB instead of the 34,542KB for deluge-2.0.4.dev46-lt1.2.12-boost1.75-py3.9.1-ossl1.1.1i-GTK3.24.23 which I downloaded from the link in the 1st po...

I have the identical issue. I am on a 64bit Windows 10 system. Build 38 works fine. Build 46 fails silently. Running deluge-debug.exe produces the same errors. It looks like pywin32 is missing from the build.
