Negative, I'm using a block list and that site still works.

I'm almost positive they are monitoring via DHT which is designed to be a very open and public protocol.

Good news is, DHT is disabled by default on private trackers.

Would you please make the latest available this plugin for python3.6? I noticed only 3.7 and 3.8 are available under the GitHub Releases.

I noticed some forks of this which offered a python 3.6 egg but it was of an old version.
