Re: Priority of files all wonky

FYI, I am using the unofficial 2.0.4 client for Windows. It seems to fix the main issues with the client. However, you need a 2.x daemon for this to work. You can find more information about that here.

Re: [Unofficial] Deluge 2.0.x installer

Thank you very much for pointing out these very helpful hints. I forgot about the config directory. I deleted it, re-installed the client and then successfully connected to the daemon. In the meantime, the client had a little trouble finding the daemon, but when I set the daemon explicitly to listen...

Re: [Unofficial] Deluge 2.0.x installer

I've upgraded the daemon now. When I connect to it with the GUI, it starts up for about 3 seconds, then crashes without any errors or notifications. Using Windows 10 2004.

Re: [Unofficial] Deluge 2.0.x installer

I was under the impression that I ran the 2.x daemon, but I have looked at the wrong Debian repository. I will try with a 2.x daemon. Seems like their authentication models also changed.

Re: [Unofficial] Deluge 2.0.x installer

I'm trying to use this release, however I cannot connect to my daemon in Thin Client mode, which however works fine with the official client.

Re: Priority of files all wonky

I guess this doesn't seem as important to maintainers, because this is Deluge 1.3.15, while they already moved on to the next major version. However, it would be nice to see some backported fixes, just as long as the next major version cannot be used on Windows.

Re: Priority of files all wonky

Precisely the exact same issues I experience. Can confirm a 100%! Additionally, when I add a download through the GUI client (not WebUI) that is connected to my daemon on the server, then the priorites are not only all set to high, but they cannot be changed! If I add them over the laggy WebUI, then...

[Feature Request] More Priority levels

I find the priority levels in Deluge extremely lacking.
The following is a priority level dream (made true in a competitor's product):

Weird download behaviour in Deluge

Yesterday, I partially switched from a aria2 to a deluge server, running on my Raspberry Pi 3B. A VPN with P2P support is enabled on this device. When I download a specific torrent through aria2, it always finds a peer I can download from. Sometimes a slow one, sometimes a quicker one, but it finds ...
