derei, this is a deluge 1.x theme, as stated by OP, and deluge 2.x doesn't support those, unfortunately, since changed from gtk2 to gtk3. Doesn't work. I tried on Windows 7, with the unnoficial Deluge 2.x installer (viewtopic.php?f=12&t=55463)
Deluge gives Python error.
