I'm trying to download a torrent from a magnet URL. I installed Deluge via a https://hub.docker.com/r/linuxserver/deluger and added the torrent through the web UI, but the download is just sitting there at 0.0. Seeds will fluctuate but cap around ~20. Any idea?
