I have a Deluge client on Win10 and server in a raspberry pi 3 running debian 9+. I can log in and they are both connected fine. When I add a file it adds normally but it doesnt download any torrents. I've added the same torrent to another client in win10 and starts downloading immediately. Any help...

By the way I'm running it on a raspberry pi b3. I think at this point it's best if I uninstall and try a fresh install, but I'm not sure how to uninstall.
