Re: Incompatible with python pyOpenSSL 26.2.0
Huh. I'm kinda surprised people update components as new versions are released (except for libtorrent, since that is basically the core of Deluge). There is always a chance for a dependency to break

Re: error Namespace GtkosxApplication not available
Yep, for Deluge GUI using Docker there is no easy way to make it work with Apple Silicon graphics. You can use Docker to run an image, but it needs to be headless, no GUI. I would imagine that isn't what you are looking to do. If you don't mind running it headless, I can probably talk you through th...

Re: Libtorrent 2.0.8 update.
Can confirm that Libtorrent 2.0.13, the last version of the 2.0.x Libtorrent branch, is drop-in compatible with the current Windows build of Deluge 2.2.

Re: error Namespace GtkosxApplication not available
See this thread regarding problems on Apple Silicon: https://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?t=57622 There is no official support for Apple Silicon, and how old versions react to Apple Silicon and newer OS versions is anyone's guess. As far as an attempt to actually help you, it is likely one...

Is It Known If Deluge 2.20 Is Compatible With Libtorrent 2.1.0?
Do we know if Deluge 2.20 is compatible with the latest Libtorrent 2.1.0? Apparently there were some substantial changes to the API along with some deprecated parts being removed. I didn't know if any of the API changes or removals would have any major impacts to Deluge 2.20. From what I can tell, i...

Re: Libtorrent 2.0.8 update.
https://pypi.org/project/libtorrent/#history New version 2.0.11, but in my tests the version v1.2.19 is still superior in speed performance https://github.com/arvidn/libtorrent/pull/7013 Did you do anything in particular to get the new libtorrent 2.0.11 to work with Deluge 2.1.1? I tried installing...

Re: Delete torrent tracker after download starts
Just deleting it how you normally would doesn't work? I add trackers when none of the others are working and delete when the darn thing keeps trying to go back to trackers that are dead despite me reordering them not to. He wants to automate it so he can cheat automatically and his download not be ...

Re: Deluge Fails to Work with NordVPN
I use NordVPN and this error resolves a few minutes after I am able to establish a connection with a peer, which as ambipro said, is possible in this situation as one is seeding to peer, but isn't in fact proper seeding. If you want to use NordVPN, you just have to accept it, as ambipro said. I woul...

Re: 2.1.1 Native .app
Given the current lack of a Mac native dev, seems as though, for the moment, an announcement of a formal pause on Mac build development should be made so people don't think it is active.
