I found the issue. The daemon was version 1.3.13, while the thin client was 1.3.15.
In version 1.3.14, a proxy issue introduced and resolved in 1.3.15.
Downgrading the thin client to 1.3.13, and the testing method returned the VPN IP address.

Hi all, I have set up a Deluge Thin Client on a raspberry pi, then connecting to the daemon from a Window 10 machine. I have setup the proxy settings to use a SOCKS5 w/Auth configuration.
