I recently switched over from an Ubuntu headless server dedicated to running Deluge to a Deluge docker running on my Synology NAS. Everything has transferred over great with the exception of the Copy Completed plugin. If I attempt to install the egg from the initial post (v2.6) it doesn't do anythin...
