I have tried compile by myself... but in widows I always have so many errors...
How can you do that? Can you post your environments?

Are you running that from a git bash cmd prompt? The version script requires git to create a RELEASE_VERSION file, you could create the file manually but using git prompt should work. I tried with git pulled folder, use git bash, it works. But, If I download the zip source file, extract, then it do...
