Ok so I deleted the config folder and restarted the container... and shazam it worked ! Don't know what was the problem but I'm happy now.

I tried su abc -c mkdir /root/test and it didn't show any message but the folder was not created.
I found the .config folder in the root folder, what should I do with it ?

I am using the linuxserver/deluge image for docker and I configured it with a certain user via environment variables, as indicated on their website. I tried creating a folder as the Deluge user and it worked.
