Torrent Files "error" when Deluge is restarted.

Thanks Cas. Would not work at first but I left for a few hours and then rechecked, all is good now.

Here's a weird development, when I started a new download, it went to error right away so I started looking into it. I just realized it indeeed downloaded and seems complete in my folder, but Deluge still has it as an error with most of my previous downloaded files I have seeding.

I've had 1.3.15 running for some time now, no issues, but I had to restart my computer. Lost my keyboard and mouse connectivity so I'm not sure if this problem was before the shut down. Most of my files are in error but I don't know where to start solving these issues. Any direction would be appreci...

For the status of seeders and peers there are two sets of number, the second set in parentheses. What does this mean?
