Hi,

check your repo you have to install them. The 3 component should be list as
deluged
deluge-web
deluge-console

I know it's not your distrib but such information is available for Debian https://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/Ins ... ian/Jessie
for exemple.

You have to set the verbosity of the logs (see the wiki) or start a debug session. I've never looked for such output so cannot confirm however
