Having issue with torrents not downloading or just completely stopping, I've installed utorrent along side and everything completes. Is there any settings that I should take a look at I've tired tweaking the below setting a little with no luck. I have sickrage pulling stuff down but its not download...

I've noticed a issue when I'm connected to torguards VPN the active port test throws a error when not connected it shows green. Utorrent seems to always work fine when I'm connected. Any have any idea's why its doing that? Its also saying no incoming connections
