Err... I'm not very sure if the default theme is something specific to KDE/Plasma 5, or rather GTK. I'd say it is a KDE theme, though. But, it turned out that I have some category of changes under a term called "Widget style" in my Opensuse :-) This is where I can choose to change the styl...

Ah, just another quick memo: I couldn't find anywhere on the list of colours used by the themese any such combinations of colours: white (text) on light grey (background). Every single combination there are decent ones, something that is easy to read/identify. So I suspect this is something located ...

I couldn't find any theme that change this behaviour. Opensuse's Plasma default theme is now Breeze (I think this is also the case with every KDE based distributions, anyway); I changed it to Oxygen, and just about any other theme I had on my system.
