Move storage usually will take the current file and copy it to the new location. You might want to make sure that it didn't over write your old file with the newly started download. Best to use the move storage option while the file is still at the old location. I believe it will work as you expect...

Use "set download location" and "force recheck". Both are available from right clicking on the torrent. Perhaps try with a small one first just to be sure it doesn't try to copy the new files over top of the complete ones. In the future you can right click and move storage if yo...
