It can be configured to, pretty much, show NO ads, btw. Some options from the advanced settings, some from the Window$ hosts file, some other ways, too; but, it's possible. =)

My next step will be to try a different firewall program. Just btw., I use Comodo - but, on full prompts - Custom Ruleset, nothing on automatic, no cloud, nothing... & some applications are "Web Browser", some are "Outgoing Only" & I've not, yet, made a ruleset for torre...

^^ It's now (end of) 2015, some four years later & Deluge still doesn't have this simple function present in other programs, like uTorrent, meh. ;-/
