I have been through the FAQs and there is nothing in there relating to my problem. I need to run version 1.3.5.

I can not add any torrent to deluge. I am running Ubuntu 15.04 and deluge 1.3.5. I click on the plus sign, select the file, then click on add and it doesn't add it.
