I started to think about when the issue happens, and this is caused by the extractor plugin itself. As soon as the torrent is done, the extractor tries to process it and then somehow messes up the rar file. I disabled extractor and the bug is gone. I can unrar manually afterwards no problem. I have a weird issue where all other files are complete but the rar file itself seems to never be complete.
