I use a seedbox. To be a good torrent user I checked Stop Torrent At A 2.0 Ratio, go out a few hours, get home, torrents have seeded to 360%.
It used a good chunk of my seedbox limit.

Any way to fix this?

I had no idea WhatBox uploaded the files to their server and never downloaded them to my PC. Is there anyway to get them direct to my PC instead of my seedbox? Kinda seems pointless to securely torrent then download the file to my PC.

Oh, and there was no 'Open Folder' option in the Windows Deluge client or in the Linux version.

Sounds as if it is trying to save to your linux disk. By default windows downloads to something like My Documents/Downloads or something like that. I don't know if your install got confused as to what OS you are using or what. You can go into the preferences and change the default download location...
