Sorry, I looked around a bit and am not finding anything that would work. I thought there might be a ltconfig option, but looking through the libtorrent documentation, I am not seeing it right now.

Under download options do you have it set to use full allocation or compact allocation? Full allocation sets it to reserve all of the space when downloading a file vs compact allocation that only reserves per block downloaded. I have never ran out of space, but wondering if full allocation will just...

Deluge on Windows should update libtorrent as well. They come bundled together as one package. When I get the permissions error and have to change the folder permissions I have to remove the torrent and readd it. I have not tried restarting deluge, but the download activity just hangs when it can't write to disk.

If the new computer has the drive mounted as the same drive letter you should be able to just copy the deluge profile folder over. If not you can just load all the torrents up and do a force recheck on them.

There was a bug causing that in one of the libtorrent versions. I don't recall which one (maybe 1.1.5?), but maybe your docker is using the bugged version?

You have to use a GTK client, the WebUI doesn't work with it.
