Re: yarss2 on asustor deluge

You have to use a GTK client, the WebUI doesn't work with it.

Re: Understanding deluge ports

Hello all, I understand that Deluge needs to listen to random (or defined) ports, but I have just realized that Deluge somehow set up permanent port forwarding for ports 4433 and 54441 on my home network router. Is this something I should worry about? I haven't set the port forwarding on the router...

Re: Possible to disable remove torrent dialog box?

You could try manually editing the source files.

I mostly just use the labelplus plugin and set it to remove most items after seeding for a specific amount.

Re: 3 requests for future

For your second request I had at one time hacked my version to do the opposite (delete the torrent and leave the data with no popup asking). You could probably do something similar yourself.

Re: [Plugin] YaRSS2 - RSS plugin with GTKUI support

I have never tried just the YaRSS config file, but often I have copied the entire deluge settings folder to new installs or other computers. Did you copy the YaRSS.conf file and the YaRSS.conf~ file? I believe the tilda is just a backup, but I would copy both just to be sure. Also, maybe try copyin...

Re: Problem with Deluge and seeders

You will do much better if you can get the port forwarded correctly. I had similar issues for a while.

UPnP might work for you, but it is also a bit of a security issue so manually setting a port will be better for you.

Re: [Plugin] YaRSS2 - RSS plugin with GTKUI support

there is a way to export my configuration and after that import on a new? You mean copy the config to a new machine or config directory? The YaRSS2 config is stored in yarss2.conf in the deluge config directory. Just copy that file to the new destination. Hello, I made a copy of my yarss2.conf file...

Re: Problem with Deluge and seeders

Under Preferences -> Network there are optons for peer exchange and DHT that can be enabled. However, with over 2000 seeds you should be able to connect to more people even without those. Do you have the port forwarded correctly through your firewall and / or router? If you click the "Test Acti...

I don't know of a way to do that. If you are connected to a local daemon you can right click and then click on open folder.
