I don't think that this project is dead, for sure the support is not the top. Now, I have Deluge working on Win 8.1 and my Router is DGN2000. The ports are opened correctly but when deluge is shut down the ports remains open. This is not good for security Sorry this is not solve your problem. :oops:

What is the proper procedure to put them as available for download in Deluge?
