This was addressed as a bug here http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/ticket/2102
if I am right.
For me the window does not get resized while downloading a torrent when I unchecked
Preferences > Interface > Focus window when adding torrent

I am on windows 8.1 and deluge 1.3.11.
I am trying to install this.. tried installing via gui and also copying the egg file to appdata deluge plugin folder.
But the plugin is not showing up in the application.
I chose the py27 version. what am i doing wrong?

I recently installed Windows 10 Technical Preview on my machine, fresh installation. Installed Deluge and it was working fine.
