Are you guys saying that deluge in its current state cannot hide your ip even if you are using a vpn/proxy without some sort of custom config?

I am running into the same problem/question. How can I determine what ip I am downloading from when using my proxy. I tried using the link suggested and I cannot determine how to get it to work with deluge. Any suggestions from the forum on how you guys check your ip when using deluge? fyi i can get...
