I convinced them that this release was part of the stable branch (the GIT repository seems to indicate this), but if there is some info that the ID is (incorrectly) reporting, perhaps...

I'm on a private tracker, and they had banned 1.3.11 because it appears to be showing itself to be a beta somehow. 1) Is Deluge 1.3.11 considered a beta? 2) If not, is there something that needs to be tweaked in its ID/tag to get it to stop appearing as a beta? Cheers!
