Test active port doesn't work.
Hello. I'm using Linux Mint 1.17 (Rebecca). Kernel 3.13.0-43 I'm running it under de Gnome-fallback. I have installed Deluge 1.3.11 and I use libtorrent 0.16.17.0 I use Torguard as a proxy with Socksv5 on port 1080. I want to test which port is suitablle for me on as in- and outcoming ports.
