I thought that 1.0.2 was stable. Stable might not be quite the correct term. I mean that 0.16 has been out long enough for major bugs to have been ironed out so there are no nasty surprises, whereas 1.0 is/was relatively new release and untested with Deluge so issues can/have cropped up.
