When I set my port range to just one port, it was never selected by deluge and I'm sure that port wasn't being used for anything else, so there may be an issue in deluge. I just did an uninstall/install of deluge (from adept) making sure the deluge-torrent packages were all uninstalled. Now it works again and reports as 1.1.3.

I just had a particularly slow torrent give me an ETA > 27 years, LOL.
