I've been having similar troubles. I installed Deluge (1.3.6) and the Web UI from apt-get in Ubuntu 14.04. I have everything running pretty nicely (using upstart). Trying to set "default_daemon", but I cannot find the hostlist.conf file anywhere. I even searched the entire server =p Can I ...
