So does deluge just not work with ubuntu 13.10 and proxies? I have searched everywhere to downgrade libtorrent cuz i need deluge to work with socks5 proxy and magnet links...what do i need to do? I have tried compiling libtorrent and have tried everything i can find on the internet and it still does...

So im running deluge 1.3.6 on ubuntu trying to use torguard proxy and its just not working i have read that i need to downgrade libtorrent to version 15 but i can't find any directions anywhere to do this...please help

So im running deluge daemon on ubuntu and client on windows and when i add a torrent it pops up in the deluge client but it sits at downloading 0% then when i go into ubuntu and restart deluged (sudo pkill deluged, then deluged) the downloads start, whats up with that? I have deleted the .config dir...
