As long as you're installing to Lenny or SID it doesn't look like it matters, for Etch it would matter (assuming Etch users would use the "testing" version), but it looks like the dependencies for libgcc1 and libstdc++6 are reversed from what they should be. This is for the 64 bit version...

I get the same problems when I try to install when I looked in synaptic for the dependencies they were not all there this may be down to me using Mepis 7 I did notice that it wanted newer packages than that list in synaptic.
Can anyone help with a deb for Mepis 7 Please
Mepis7 uses debian etch
