I'm using deluge 1.3.5 with libtorrent: 0.16.3.0 on Linux MInt... I use a VPN so I have no control over the server(s) and ports and they will be closed but I can still download and seed on Deluge & Transmission... With Deluge nothing is showing as blocked for connections when looking at the bott...

Ahhh this is just the thing I was looking for! You don't find this in other clients at least I haven't seen it and its nice when using a proxy or vpn etc, just to keep an eye on the IP...
