My torrents download fine up to a percentage around 50 and then they stop. Usually they stop connecting to peers and when I try to get them to start back up it tries to connect to peers but seems to fail. A lot of ip adresses show up and then disappear in the peers section without ever fully connect...

My average top speed for downloading is ~3.2MiB/s. When the download speed gets to there it starts to fluctuate randomly up and down between 1.5MiB/s and 3.5MiB/s.
