I then used the web ui from an ipad to add the download and monitor folders but when I click apply/save it doesn't close the window. If I reload the page, the info is not saved. ...

I think this maybe due to permissions issues for the external NTFS drive. Does anyone know what command would grant permissions to deluge? Thanks in advance.
