/var/log/deluged.log and /var/log/deluge-web.log are both empty.

I am unable to reach the Web UI. When I first installed Deluge everything was going good. I later installed and configured flex-get. When I restarted the machine I am not able to access the Web UI. I don't really know where to start with troubleshooting, is someone willing to help me figure it out? ...
