Remove web.conf

RESTART deluge-web

Works now!

Update: With some reading, I realised the ~/.config/deluge folder didn't exist again since re-install, and found it in /var/lib/deluge/.config/deluge From that folder I deleted web.conf and web.conf~ I had to chmod 777 both /var/lib/deluge/.config and /var/lib/deluge/.config/deluge to get to the fol...
