Same error with clean configs.
Even with full reinstall of deluge and clean settings.

Sorry I have no idea why you are facing that error. There is a reported Twisted bug that is still open but we have never seen it reported before by Deluge users so not sure what to suggest. What operating system are you using? Well, I am not sure if it relates to the same problem, but if I can help...

That's what I did.

I opened an elevated prompt, executed the C:\Programs\Deluge\deluged-debug.exe

The process is running, but I can't access anything, no UI, and no information on the prompt.

Now with 1.3.6, deluged-debug.exe starts and I can't see anything, no error, no nothing

with deluged.exe it seems to start but exit in a second.
