Deluge

I have the same problem with magnet links in Deluge 1.3.5 on Ubuntu 12.04. Torrents download without problem but magnets sit at 0.00%. There are never any active seeds for magnet downloads e.g. the seeds column for a magnet currently reads "0 (642)". Any idea why this is? The problem start...

Anyone know when 1.2.3 will be in the PPA?
