Recently my download speed while downloading torrents dropped a lot. I haven't touched any of the settings. With Deluge my download speed is very inconsistent and ranges between 300kb/s - 700 kb/s. With BitComet downloading the same torrent I get 11 000 kb/s - 12 000kb/s. What could be the problem ?...

Hello. I'm using Deluge with Windows 7 64bit. It's working flawlessly but it has a small issue. When downloading a torrent and it gets to about 98-99%, download speed starts dropping to around 10kb/s and it takes long to download this last 1-2 percents. How can I fix that ? Thanks.
