Deluge
installing libboost-python1.34.1 from Synaptic seems to have solved this problem for me
installing libboost-iostreams1.34.1 may also be needed..

well I'm afraid of losing my torrents.. also I did try apt-get remove then apt-get installing it again, but that changed nothing..
