Works now. I think a minor update came from the PPA, although it's still 1.2.3.

Some time after posting my original request I got myself a multi-WAN setup and was impressed to see Deluge was utilizing both WANs. Since then I've got an mlppp connection, so life is good.

[feature request] multiple public IP addresses
I would love to have the ability to have deluge report multiple IP addresses, like if I have a dual WAN setup and want to be able to utilize both gateways. I have no idea whether the BT protocol or libtorrent could accommodate this, but the functionality would be great.
