Hello there, I have a question. Is is possible to autoban all leechers who had average speed under 10kB/s in last two minutes? I want to ban those for example for 30 minutes. My eyes are bleeding when i see 5kB/s average joes occupying my upload slots and making head of my HDDs to suffer. Any advice...
