I manually configured my firewall to allow every Deluge executable without restriction. No effect whatsoever.

Thanks very much for your reply. I'll dig into my firewall. However, I've used 1.32 and 1.33 with the same firewall installed. But it's only the 1.33 GTK that I've had trouble with.

Hi, I run WinXP SP3. I'm unable to connect to my seed box provider's remote Daemon. We're both on Deluge 1.33. I have triple checked the setup instructions on my end. I should say that I am able to connect. The green circle is there. But no matter how long I wait my preferences aren't coming across....
