I'd like to bring back attention to this feature request.
I need a quick switch for a torrent to ignore the "Total active downloading setting". You can call it Force Start or whatever you want.

I would like the addition of a simple feature in deluge... to have added in the preferences panel an option to disable the download of favicons. thanks

I am running Deluge 1.3.6 on a Win8 x64 bit operating system and I have encountered an issue, which I haven't had before. The issue is of a horizontal scroll bar appearing at the bottom of the window, where in truth it shouldn't be there. I have attached an image on this issue.

It's really annoying to have to start the torrent, wait for the files to appear, immediately stop the torrent so you don't allocate disk space for the files you don't want, select the files you do want, then start the torrent again. Maybe you could make the Deluge folder one of the two default folders for the configuation files? I know utorrent allows this. You can move the files from appdata to the install folder and it works without any modification.

Firefox doesn't let me choose deluge.cmd as an application to start the torrent. Only .exe and .com. files are selectable.
