Deluge saving to my profile first not folder I specified
I have deluge set to download to torrent incomplete folder. Instead it seems it saves to profile. What is really weird is sometimes it saves to profile folder and sometimes it saves to my torrent incomplete folder.I am guessing I dont have something set right? Using Deluge 1.32 Win 7 ultimate 64 bit

Hmm I am guessing no one wants to answer you. All I know is 1.33 was slow, i uninstalled and put on 1.32 and it works fine.
