Is anyone using deluge through a VPN like airvpn? I am new to VPNs and am confused as to how to setup deluge to use the VPN. Do I need to run openvpn on my machine or can I configure this directly in deluge itself?

I know deluge let users click on and click off certain files in a .torrent, but this has to manual process. Is there a way to specify them by an extension or file size from a text interface. For example to queue up a torrent and only transfer *.ko files or README* files?
