Re: Deluge 2.0 Beta 1

2.0.0.dev7126 appeared yesterday, I can't really say what has changed.
Does anybody has something they would like to share?

When I perform an update/upgrade of my Ubuntu 16.04 I now get a libtorrent 1.1.7.0, should I be worried?

Re: Deluge 2.0 Beta in a Docker

Okay, so now I have edited the Auth file and got access from my Windows PC, that's great.

Is the docker using the latest build of Deluge?
I (=my deluge program) gets blacklisted from certain trackers.
I believe that was fixed by avoiding using a Bitlord ID?

Re: Deluge 2.0 Beta in a Docker

****, when I try to bash into the running docker, I get this error:
"stat /bin/bash: no such file"

Something is broke, but is it fixable?

Re: Deluge 2.0 Beta in a Docker

OMG, sorry. A search for "sinaptika" cleared things. Normally I choose my "shared download folder" as external mount - the folder I normally use for Bittorrent downloads. Because it is easier, I normally choose a bridged network. When using bridged network you limit yourself to 1...

Re: Deluge 2.0 Beta in a Docker

Wow, great work. I'll try it. Newbie alert! I have tried several Docker packages, so I am quite comfortable using it. Do you have an url for the docker repository so that I can have my Synology NAS downloading the image. I prefer this over creating my own Docker in bash. Ahh, the docker is version 1...

Re: Deluge 2.0 Beta in a Docker

An INTEL Atom C2538

I have already tried do use an Ubuntu docker package and apparently all went well.
But resulted in a massive memory leak, so bad I had to forcefully shut-down the docker.
Which in return made it unwilling to start again.

So I am interested in a package that works better :-)

Deluge 2.0 Beta in a Docker

Hi all.

Does anyone know if a Docker package of Deluge 2.0 Beta exists?
Would be nice to have in running on my NAS.

Re: Stange upload behaviour

After much google'ing I have concluded, that utp has some frauds in highspeed setups. The behavior I have observed is similar to other libtorrent (based) clients have experienced. I think I'll just continue with upt disabled for now, it is not that bad. Maybe there will be a Deluge version 2.0 tomor...

Re: Stange upload behaviour

Weird package - maybe.
As I wrote earlier, I am using Deluge as a thin client on a Synology NAS (DS1815+).
Someone in the Synology community build the package to run in the (limited) Linux version that the NAS is using.
It states to be Deluge version 1.3.15

ItConfig says Libtorrent version: 1.0.11.0

Re: Stange upload behaviour

Yes, I am lucky (when it comes to internetspeed). I have a 300/300 Mbs fiber. I have limited my bandwith in Deluge to 15/15 MB though, so that the rest of the family can stream and have a good internetspeed too. The download in the above example is like 20 KB/sec., so I don't think it influences any...
